Where I come from.

I spent years as Head of IT at a reputed media network in Sri Lanka. That role meant holding technology responsibility for an entire organization — not just building and shipping, but owning the infrastructure, the security posture, the internal tools, and the continuity of every system the business depends on. It changed how I think about what technology is for.

Most small businesses never get that level of care. They get freelancers who disappear, agencies who hand off and move on, and tools that nobody taught them to use. I partner with a small number of businesses directly, bringing the same level of responsibility I held at an organizational level to each one.

I offer responsibility,
not just services.

  • The work doesn't end when the project ships. That's when the relationship actually begins. A website needs updates. Strategies need revision. Technology keeps changing. You shouldn't have to find someone new every time.
  • I take on a small number of clients at a time. Not because I'm selective in a self-important way, but because doing fewer things with full attention produces better outcomes than spreading thin across many projects.
  • I don't build to specifications I disagree with. If I think the approach is wrong, I say so. You're paying for judgment, not just execution.

Questions first

A structured intake — usually a Google Form — to understand the business, the audience, the goals, and the constraints. No assumptions. No templates pulled off a shelf.

Show before commit

For websites and web applications, I build a working prototype before anything is committed to. For marketing, I share a strategy document. For AI, I produce a small working demo. You see something real before you pay for the full scope.

Iteration

You review, question, and request changes. I refine. We go back and forth until the work genuinely fits — not just looks okay.

Deliver

Final approval, final polish, and handover. Fully configured and ready to use. Nothing half-finished ships.

Continue together

Post-launch support for the agreed window. Optional long-term partnership beyond that. Long-term is where most of the real value accumulates.

On AI

I use AI heavily. I never let it speak for me.

There is a difference between depending on AI and directing AI. The first produces generic output that looks like everything else AI has ever made. The second uses AI as a force multiplier — accelerating work while the human judgment behind it remains the real product.

My wide technical background is what lets me direct AI well. I know when its output is right, when it's wrong, when it's plausible but subtly off, and when to override it entirely. Every decision is mine. The voice is mine. The client relationship is mine.
