Sona is a finance and consulting firm. Their team was spending a meaningful portion of each day answering the same intake questions and redirecting enquiries that could have been resolved before they became emails.

The solution was a WordPress site with an AI assistant integrated directly into the client-facing pages. The assistant handles initial intake questions, routes enquiries to the right team member, and answers FAQs from a curated knowledge base — all without human intervention.

The AI was trained on their own documentation, not a generic model. It speaks in their voice, understands their services, and knows when to hand off to a human. The administrative reduction was measurable from the first week.
